Representatives from the professional peloton, from riders, teams and organizations, have spoken several times in recent months under the leadership of UCI chairman David Lappartient to improve safety in road races. The goal was to draw up a series of measures that can be introduced as of the new season.
The introduction, again with the help of an external provider, of an instrument and / or program to perform a risk analysis on the course a few weeks before the start of a race. This gives two parties (the UCI and the organizer) the opportunity to intervene and make the course even safer.
Krezzno wants to invest a lot of time and energy in the coming years to make this a success. We stand for an independent safety report.
